Its going to be a fun day. Hopefully a fun day for us Leaf fans.
draft is going to start at pick 3 and it looks like that pick could be traded tonight.
Arizona is the most popular team now. From the rumors, it appears the interest is high and there are some intriguing offers for that pick. I think many teams want Hanifin.
I think he is going to be better than Seth Jones who slipped into the Preds lap.
That could change a lot of things with the Leafs. They are likely going to take Marner…..but if Strome is there, that is intriguing as well.
Carolina unlikely to move the 5th pick, and I am not sure on Jersey.
But Philly, Columbus, Colorado and Boston seem to be teams that could be the ones moving up to try and grab the 3rd pick. They all want Hanifin.
As for the Leafs, well Kessel is out there and there are a lot of rumors on him too. Plus the Leafs are tied to ROR.
I am going to temper my excitement until something really happens. I don’t want to be disappointed.
I just want something, anything to happen so we have something to discuss instead of rumors, lol.

one minute, teams are really interested in Kessel. The next minute, Kessel will stay with the Leafs. Its demoralizing.
