Here’s a list of the notable unrestricted free agents this summer, and a little speculation as to who might want them and where they might end up.

There has been discussion who are the top players of all time. Here is the top 100 according to Melrose, Pang and Ferraro.

They put some thought into it but there are players who are higher then they should be and lower then they should be.

A sad story from the Western Hockey League, as it was announced in various media outlets including the Edmonton Journal and Edmonton Sun the passing of 17 years old Prince George Cougar’s Michael Fogolin. If the name sound familiar he is the son of former Edmonton Oilers captain Lee Fogolin.

Team Canada's Depth – East, West and Ontario

As the World Cup continues to approach and rosters are being unveiled, much controversy has been made of the Team Canada roster. Now we all know that Team Canada is in fact very deep and could effectively put forward two or three world-class teams that could win on any given night. But do we really understand or exactly know how deep Canadian Hockey is.

As initially reported by Sportsnet, the Florida Panthers have hired Mike Keenan to be their new GM and Jacques Martin to be the new head coach of the Panthers.

José Théodore allegedly received death threats

In the Habs community, we have just learned that 2002 Hart and Vezina trophy winner, Jose Theodore has allegedly received death threats that seems to be linked to the loan shark operations members of his family were involved in.
