50th goal celebration debate

I was kinda surprised to not have seen this on here already so I decided to bring it up myself. There has been alot of debate about Alexander Ovechkin’s 50th goal celebration from the other night. I just want to see what you guys think? You think it was good or bad?
Personally I did not like the celebration itself as I thought it could have been better…lol… However I am okay with him doing the celebration thing to celebrate major points in his career/seasons. Not so much for the purpose of showing off, but rather because it shows he’s having fun, and it shows the above all this is a game and people should have fun playing it. Alex is a rare talent in hockey, but more importantly he is a rare personality. He is one of the few players I actually see enjoying playing the game. It’s what attracts me to watch hockey. I hate seeing guys that are so serious all the time even when they win they don’t show any emotion and when they lose the only emotions they can show are anger and frustration on the ice, and disappointment off the ice. So really although I thought the celebration itself was kinda dumb, I like how he’s at least willing to show everyone that he is out there to have some fun. In this case it was not really disrespectful to the other team (ie. Terrel owens vs. the Cowboys.) it was just something small and fun.
