 Jason York off to Europe

Free Agents blankflyersfan21 writes "According to Sportsnet.ca Jason York has decided to play in Switzerland with an out clause in his contract.
He will be playing in Europe until a NHL comes looking for his services.

That's odd. It's not like he's bad or anything...at this point he's better than a guy like Lyle Odelein and probably Lilja.

I guess he doesn't like 2 way contracts that keep him in North America and in between the NHL and the AHL.
