boy those ducks are going to be one hell of a team. What team can honestly stop them?

  2. Marcos2990 says:

4 mil for two years, I was thinking he'll be getting around 2-3 mil with his play last season.

not much of a salary decrease from 5million, burke is takin a risk.  where are the ducks gettin all this money from?  do they wanna sweep every team in the playoffs?

  4. habsoverserver says:

does this mean selanne is retiring?

  5. prayin-for-the-wce says:

Burke is just cementing his team as a rough tough no nonsense team.  Just adding another level of grit to his sandpaper.

Big bert on the pond. Wow what a signing. NOT a surprise really as bertuzzi did play in Van City under Burke's wing. This comes as a huge signing due to the pending retirement of Teemu Selanne. HOw can anyone stop a line like this: Bertuzzi  McDonald   Kunitz. That is just down right nasty. AS far as the money he is getting, u can bet that he will be on the top of his game come the beginning of training camp.  Good job Ducks!!

Wow! I'm totally stoked about this signing. Just imagine…

Bert-Penner-Getzlaf on one line. WOW! I'm speechless

    That would be devastating.

Hopefully Bertuzzi has a miracle come back of a season just like Selanne did. Anaheim is a great place for Bertuzzi to reflect on himself and heal his wounds.

Welcome to Anaheim Bert!! We're extremely grateful to have you on board!

considering his play last season?????????? He didn't even play last season…. If you consider his play, his first couple games in Florida he was running and gunning like the old Bertuzzi. I'm sorry that he didn't play amazing when he came back from surgery, geez,

  9. TheDugg1er says:

Bert already put everything behind him last year, but then opted to have surgery. Great signing by the Ducks. I was hoping the canucks would bring him back, even though every couch coach in vancouver will give you the bs that he was a cancer.

I hate the Ducks more than anyone but Selanne and Neidermeyer have to come back. You can't just walk out on a potential dynasty. They're to hard to come by these days. Neidermeyer ain't won back-to-back cups yet. These guys ought to play at least one more year. But on the other hand I hate the Ducks and hope they implode on opening night in London. Go Kings

  11. prayin-for-the-wce says:

He was great at the beggining of the season
he had like 7pts in 8 games
and then he had surgery. I honestly feel really bad for Florida.  He didn't get to show his worth down there.  Bertuzzi can be a dominating force on the ice.  Witht he rough style that Anahiem plays they will be a dominating force with getzlaf perry and macdonald

  12. I_hate_LA says:

If Selanne or Niedermayer came back your team's the one that will implode. And I don't know what your smoking there in Lost Angeles, but Niedermayer has already won 4 cups buddy.

Anyways, we have Bertuzzi, Penner, Getzlaf, Pronger, Beauchemin, Schneider, Perry, Ryan, and the possibility of having Niedermayer and/or Selanne returning. But, we'll see on opening night who comes out on top :). All I can say is bad luck to the Kings.

    Thanks Dugg1er. So…

are you going to be rooting for us now 🙂

  14. KingOKings says:

What does that mean "what am I smoking?" what did I say that wasn't true? I know Niedermeyer has 4 cups I just said he never won any back-to-back. Basically my observations were pro-Ducks for the sake of hockey legacy. But of course a F***ks fan wouldn't understand any appeals to hockey history. Dummy. Ducks fans are the worst.
