No big trades expected from Leafs
The belief around the Maple Leafs is that no trade of the blockbuster variety will be made prior to the 3 p.m. ET deadline on Wednesday, and that feeling is shared among the players.
“In our locker room, we don’t really anticipate any movement, but (management is) working the phones and are going to see what is out there, as every team is,” winger Joffrey Lupul said.
