Blackhawks’ Kane could miss remainder of regular season
Patrick Kane was injured in the second period during the Blackhawks’ 4-0 win over the St. Louis Blues and could miss the remainder of the regular season.
Blues forward Brenden Morrow was falling near the boards and Kane’s left ankle appeared to get caught under Morrow. Kane got off the ice under his own power but soon went to the locker room.
After the game Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said he expects Kane to miss three weeks with the leg injury.
