Kane is a winger.
The Blackhawks should go after a number 1 center, like Brad Richards. Then they would have a pretty good looking lineup.

Heres some advice for the team. get bill wurtz to sell the blackhawks, a disgrace of an owner.

One time a new GM for the blackhawks years back was presenting his plan to make the hawks a contender in only a few years. Wurtz went over and said after that it wont happen since he isnt willing to spend stanley cup money.

Cam Barker over Byfuglien (i dono if hes on the team yet or not), oh and wat about David Bolland (huge piece to that record breaking London Knights team a few years back)

PS i DOUBT Kane will be first line material first year around, as talented as he is, hes a lightweight, and definatly not a Crosby talent so he wont get first line minutes buddy.

LOL... have you ever even played hockey? Potential is only good on paper my friend... without Thorton feeding him, he's nothing... Big Joe will make anyone look good. Washed up Russian with no ambishion.

Even Crosby wasn't on the first line for awhile.

Souray will NOT go to L.A. They probably don't even want him.

Second why not put the rookie on the top line. You've never seen what he can do, so try it.

Last Sammy was a great pickup. They dump Cullimore to get a potentoal 80 point scorer.

no, no, no, no Troy Browuer he dominted to WHL in 2005-2006 and then scored 40 in the AHL this year he is like 6-2 220 and can become a dominating power forward Berttuzzi player but no ne talks about him...

What? Was there a huge earth quake last night? Is the west coast now Chicago? The only reason Souray will leave Montreal, is for his daughter in LA. As a hockey coach myself, I think it's a great idea to put a rookie without one min. of ice time in The NHL in as the first line center. Now reading this it's hard to pick out the sarcasism in here. Can you find it? Oh ya Sammy was great pick up… Hint… more sarcasism there too.

Kane needs to bulk up bigtime before he steps into the NHL. He'll be killed by one hit- the guy is 160 lbs. This is why some pundits are saying Turris will be the better NHL'er...

It's a lot easier to score in the O at 160 than the NHL.
