By your "sources", do you mean The Fourth Period? Because I just went there and, ironically enough, in their list of the top 30 free agents, Blake is rumored to possibly be going to NY Islanders, NY Rangers, Vancouver, Atlanta, Montreal, Dallas, Toronto, St. Louis, Edmonton.

And what do you know, ironically enough, again, when I copied and pasted the list, it turned out in the same bluish shade of typing as your list.

Jason Blake hasn't been a highly paid star in the league at any time during his career. Now coming off by far his best season at the age of 33, 34? He's going to look to cash in for the one and only chance he gets at a big time contract.

Maybe he'll actually stand in front of the net hehe.

He probably is worth 4 mil or less but I would say he gets at least 4+ after scoring 40 goals, there will always be a team to hand out crazy money. Hes a damn good player and probably would be a good option for the nucks, as they desperatly need some offense
