In my opinion, if Dallas is giving Mike Smith and Jeff Halpern for Richards, they are getting screwed.

The rumored deal to Dallas according to TSN's tradecentral would include Jussi Jokinen heading to Tampa Bay as well.

Bob Perono did NOT confirm that his client has been traded to Dallas, but he has confirmed that Richards has been traded to one of the teams that has been the most talked about. He mentionned the Colombus Blue Jackets, the Dallas stars and the Vancouver Canucks (altough he said vancouver were up until the last minute, so that might exclude them)

He clearly stated he canno't announce the trade before the league does, so this is just a rumor for now.
