good point Nords. So true. Damn Lebda and Komisarek. Part of me yearns for Komisarek to finally return to form…you see flashes of it…a giant hit or a big battle win…but its then often contrasted by a glaring giveaway of sorts. Lebda in the lineup is just dumb considering how many better performing D-men we have.

Sadly this will all come to a crashing end when Komisarek comes back into the lineup and a player playing well is forced out.

Likely, Carl Gunnarsson will be benched. He isnt the 'key' off season signing nor is he a key 'leader' wearing an 'A'.

He has played well the last while and when you see he's taking key PK minutes, he has value.

Lets face it, Komisarek is an expensive Pylon.

He will come in and lessen the team's ability to be more mobile on the backend, lessen the team's ability to stay disciplined and out of the penalty box and increase the team's chances of giving the puck away.

Its apples to oranges, but when the Habs were winning, they should not have put Subban back no matter how good he is. I hate it when teams ruin a good streak breaking a winning lineup just because a player with a bigger paycheque or supposed talent level HAS TO supposedly be put back in the lineup.

A team like Montreal may be able to live with that cause they have a greater ability to go on a long win streak. The leafs do not. They are still a wildly inconsistent club. Any opportunity to go on a long win stretch can only be a good thing. So best to keep the good karma going.

Likely many do not believe in this. But I find it ironic that in hockey, the most superstitious sport, teams don't hold to the 'if it aint broke, don't fix it' mentality when it comes to breaking winning lineups.

If you want more proof, the Leafs started 4-0. The 5th game they inserted Brett Lebda and lost. He in fact took a stupid penalty in OT to give the Isles the chance to win. Its karma.

To be honest I never fully appreciated Kaberle until this season. He is playing amazing!
With that being said I am still hoping he gets traded.
Schenn has always been my favorite player since he was playing for the Kelowna Rockets, loved watching him. everytime he touched the puck the crowed would yell LUUUU....hope that stars happening at the ACC soon.

I have never had a problem with Kaberle. He is still good value at 4.25 mil per season. I say it's 50/50 at best he gets moved this year. I believe there is some influence on Schenn from Kaberle but mostly Schenn has just worked hard in the off-season and matured.

Interesting stats on Kabs though.

Since you're a Bruins fan... you must be tired of losing, which means you will kill yourself. Kind of a stupid thing to do over a hockey team. Leafs fans aren't that stupid.

The positive is that we will not be bored anymore by your pathetic attempts at humour. Although if I was you and had nothing better to do than go on other teams sites to write my little zings(as you see it) against them...I can see how you might think you now have a full life.

By any chance are you writing this stuff from your Grandma's basement? I assume that's where you live. Does she bring you milk and cookies and put out your cowboy pajamas before bed? Just wondering.
