Chicago looking to sign some free agents??
The Daily Herald is reporting that the Black Hawks may have their sights set on a number of “tier two” free agents.
The names that are being mentioned include “Michael Nylander, Jason Blake, Robert Lang and Mike Comrie.” Although Nylander is on that list HTR believes that he is going back to the Rangers. While Lang would be an interesting fit Comrie may be the best playmaker who would be able to play along side the oft injured Martin Havlat.
On defense the hawks may be willing to make some signings as well. The Daily Herald suggests that “Roman Hamrlik, Tom Preissing, Danny Markov and David Tanabe” wll all be of interest.
