Well I would be remiss if I didn't point out that Beauchemin wasn't actually traded He left through FA. And Beauchemin had to leave because of cash reasons and they figured out it was a mistake…So different reasons Certainly hasn't set any precedent I kid, obviously teams have acquired players back after trading them.

then let burke decide which pick is worth throwing in. If they want the 1st pick then i wont want to give up say grabo kuli gunnarson franson and kadri.. tho itd force me to consider doing that package by itself. If they want the first i think itd have to be a package like macarthur franson holzer colborne and a first.

Well that is always a possibility I just cringe at the thought of paying Tiny Tim 4 mill plus to play third line mins. Then again once Komisareak name is off the books I could withstand it. Then again at least were not paying a guy 1.8 million per assist. (Sorry had to.)

Yeah its true. The Anaheim GM would never take back a player that he traded away. That certainly did NOT happen with Beauchemin. Oh wait … Just buggin man. Your point is valid but a precedent HAS been set by Murray.
