Coyotes looking for a goalie?

Would Phoenix trade make a trade for a goaltender? I’m hearing they wouldn’t hesitate to make a move if the right deal comes along. Word is the money goaltender ILya Bryzgalov is looking for after this season is higher than the Coyotes are willing to go.Would the Bruins be willing to move Tuukka Rask? Boston is seeking a puck moving D-man and the re-emergence of goaltender Tim Thomas has given GM Peter Chiarelli some options to play with. If you’re Boston would you hang onto Rask who obviously can’t help you in the playoffs if he’s sitting on the bench?
It’s a long year though and before you know it he could overtake Thomas for the number one spot. Predicting goaltending is nearly impossible to do.

Coyotes GM Don Maloney has made it clear to D-man Keith Yandle that he’s not being shopped. Doesn’t mean he won’t trade him but apparently he’s not shopping him.

The trade between Carolina and Calgary was pretty much an even salary swap with Ian White going to the Hurricanes for Anton Babchuk and Tom Kostopoulos. Flames GM Darryl Sutter also threw in his son Brett in an effort to give his kid a chance to get to a new organization as quickly as possible. The Sutter’s are under a decent amount of pressure these days and Brett’s recent arrest didn’t do much to alleviate the stress. Having Brett’s cousin Brandon in the carolina organization won’t hurt either.
