The Blues really are bringing in a lot of veterans this year. They’re not my favorite team, but I do like them. It will be interesting to see if things work out for them, and they can get back in to the playoffs. I think they will. The pivotal player in my mind is Keith Tkachuk. In the few games he wasn’t either suspended or injured last year, he was dominant.

The Blues will still be the worst team.

They will become the new Penguins.

  4. The-President says:

No, they won’t they are much better then the Penguins. The penguins are always going to suck.

I don’t think the Blues will be the worst.

Weight, Tkachuck, Rucinsky, Guerin, Dvorak, Cajanek makes a solid top six forwards, and Brewer was hurt last year but could bounce back with a solid season, and Barret Jackman is good too and Legace should give them a little bit more stability in goal.

  6. The-President says:

They will be in the playoffs, unless everybody gets injured, they have alot of leadership, and depth.

  7. tancred says:

Exactly. I don’t know why management would be making all these signings if they didn’t think they could actually make the playoffs. Things could go horribly wrong, and derail those plans…just like any team. But I do think the Blues will be back in the playoffs this year.
