Problem is you have to give Gustavsson a shot. Unless you make a blockbuster deal where he is a piece, you cannot just let him go. If Reimer is gone long term, then yes, absolutely go out and get a Nabokov. But for Nabokov, I would only give up a 5th or a really low-end prospect, maybe both.

I agree completely. Regardless whether Reimer was ready or not I thought Gustavsson should've gotten the start tonight based on his play against Philly. He was still a bit shaky but you can see his talent eh? Please no Nabokov….no more Toskola's!

Not saying this will or will not happen but see how easy it would be to go out and find a sevicable backup. Don't understand why people are so concerned about the lack of back up Gustavsson had a good night tonight.

On another note this is the deepest Leaf team I remember in years. It would be a breeze trading for a backup with all the potential assets available for trade.

Thought what a good move but then I realized it came from Bleacher Report and said "Its impossible now." I don't mind reading things posted by fans but anything from bleacher report I have read now has been just plain awful.
