Fighting shouldn't be changed

I am sick and tired of all of this nonsense about taking fighting out or adding rules like the OHL. If you add those rules:

a game misconduct and an automatic one-game suspension for players who remove their helmets or undo their chinstraps before or during fights.

if a player removes his helmet and releases his chinstrap to fight and the opposing player doesn’t, they gets an additional two-minute minor penalty in addition to the game misconduct and game suspension.

If the player removes his opponent’s helmet or releases the chinstrap before or during a fight, a game misconduct and a one-game suspension is the penalty.

Linesmen are now ordered to intervene immediately should helmets become dislodged during a fight.

If this happens in the NHL, the sport will become more dangerous. Think about it, people fight to respond to dirty hits, or a big name player being pushed around. If teams can’t retaliate with fighting, it will lead to the big, career-ending cheap shots. Not to sound like an excuse, but if Steve Moore would’ve fought that game, which he was challenged to lots, he would not have been sucker punched. Yes, it was a bad action, but, it is a sign of what will happen if fighting is prevented, and, eventually taken out of the game.
