Goalies that the Leafs could be looking into.

If Nonis decides to go shopping, Jonathan Bernier of the Los Angeles Kings, Jonas Hiller of the Anaheim Ducks and Nikolai Khabibulin of the Edmonton Oilers are names that have been part of scuttlebutt. Free agents include Brent Johnson and Ty Conklin.

Roberto Luongo? Highly unlikely, unless the Vancouver Canucks’ asking price drops. Would you include Nazem Kadri, or even Tyler Bozak, in a trade to get Luongo? Didn’t think so.

Given a choice, Nonis would prefer to sit tight.

I think Reimer need to be out long term if Nonis tries to aquire more then a vetern back up. I don’t dislike Scrivens, I just like reimer better and prefer the presence of a Vetern if we stay in the playoff picture. Though the next7-14 days will tell a lot about that, IMO.

Frattin now out 7-10 days with a knee injury.

I think Brown is close to playing, but I wonder if they’ll call someone up. Hamilton could centre the 4th line or play along side Kadri. Heck they could even call up Zigomanis?

That’s the 2nd tough break for another Leaf, the other being Reimer, getting an injury after playing so well.
