Who is going to trade anything of value for an injured d-man. I don’t see Clarkie pulling the trigger until Gonchar comes back – if at all.

I am trying to figure out why the Flyers are so interested in him – other than the obvious fact that he is a top tier d-man. They will be stacked at D when the injuries heal. Unless Desjardins is worse off than people think.

Maybe now is the time for the Leafs to make a splash and get Gonchar – possibly even cheap.
