Hawks stuck with Samsonov and Perreault
The Daily Herald is once again reporting that several players (Samsonov and Perreault) are on thin ice in Chicago.
Samsonov has been a healthy scratch for the past five games because of his poor plan and apparently both he and Perreault are “on short leashes.” HTR believes that the Black Hawks are in an odd situation with these two veteran players. Due to salary cap constraints of other teams it is very unlikely that the Hawks will be able to find anyone else to pick up these two players, even for very, very, very late draft choice.
