Ok, so I know I’m suggesting alot….but it is time to blow it up, and actually BLOW IT UP! No more tinkering.

If I were the Gm of the leafs I would do the following:
Matt Stajan, Nikolai Kulemin and a 2nd in 2010 to the penguins for Jordan
stall.
Jason Blake to the oilers for Dustin Penner.
Nik Antropov and Justin Pogge to Columbus for Nikita Filatov, Pascal
Leclaire and a second in 2009.
Pavel Kubina and a 3rd in 2009 to the rangers for Mark Stall and Peter
Prucha.
Vesa Toskala to St.Louis for a Second in 2009.
Niklas Hagman to Buffalo for Max Afinaganov.
Alex Ponikarovski to Pheonix for Daniel Carcillo
Jamal Mayers and Ryan Hollweg to Ottawa for Chris Neil
Tomas Kaberle to LA for Thomas Hickey, Alex Frolov and a first in 2009
Curtis Joseph retires.
Claim Manny Legacy off re-entry waivers if you can talk St.Louis into calling him up.
If you can get picks for Mitchell, Sifers, Tlusty, Stempniak, Frogren…..Go for it.If not, send them to the marlies.
