He should have jsut taken the steroids. He could use them right about now. I’m starting to think that this might be his version fo performance enhancing drugs anyway. I’ve seen him trying to weave a web of Long locks across the goal line. Male pattern Baldness…or spider-man like powers for blocking pucks?

I’d have to rank you right up there with gg_idiot as two of the dumbest people on this site. Stop talking and think for a second. When have I ever mentioned Montreal getting Tanguay, Liles, and a pick for Theodore? I’ve never even seen that rumor. That was just some shit made up by gg_idiot mocking Theodore and Montreal fans. The comment was far from reasonable, and my reaction (not retaliation) was a perfectly reasonable reaction. Do I think Montreal could get Tanguay, Liles, and a pick for Theodore? Absolutely not. Right now do I think Montreal could get a draft pick for Theo? No, I don’t. I know that Theo’s trade value is astronomically low right now. My comment was directed towards gg_idiot, not you. I have never seen gg_idiot post anything actually hockey-related. All he comes on this site for is to make fun of Montreal fans. It’s sickening, and it’s a complete waste of time and space on this site. I honestly can’t believe he hasn’t been kicked out yet. And you, Ninjashit, should seriously think before you post so you don’t look like such a retard.

    li·a·ble Audio pronunciation of “liable” ( P ) Pronunciation Key (l-bl)

    1. Legally obligated; responsible: liable for military service. See Synonyms at responsible.

    2. At risk of or subject to experiencing or suffering something unpleasant. Used with to: liable to criminal charges; liable to diabetes.

So what exactly is that you were trying to say anyways? Were you implying that I think it’s a legally obligated trade? And I couldn’t even find “retered” in the dictionary. If you’re trying to sound educated by using words like “liable” in a sentence, you failed miserably.

And your complete disrespect for a hockey legend in calling Bob Gainey an idiot, is absolutely disgusting. In hindsight, it looks like it may have been a mistake to sign Theo to a long-term deal, but what if he regains his confidence and gets back to the top of his game next year? Will you be calling Gainey a genius? Seriously, he did what he had to do. If he didn’t get Theo signed, he would have been crucified by the media, and besides, at the time it happened, it wasn’t completely unreasonable. The fact that the deal looks awful now, is all on Theo’s shoulders, he can still make the deal worth it over the next two years.

‘Theodore tested positive for the hair restoration drug, Propecia, which is not an anabolic steroid but does act as a masking agent. Mulder stated that Theodore has been using the product for “eight to nine years.”

“He’s been taking it on the advice of a dermatologist,” Mulder told the assembled media. “And he has had very good success and he feels it has helped hair growth and prevented further loss and he has taken it with my knowledge.”‘

There you go, check it yourself

  5. habs_punk says:

You’re a *****ing genius. Did you come up with that theory on your own?

  6. habs_punk says:

It really should be rather obvious that he isn’t on steroids. Mike Ribeiro might be the only player in the league skinnier than Jose.

And your gender ambiguous jokes were rather lame, don’t quit your day job… I mean don’t drop out of school.

  7. habs_punk says:

Wow, someone needs leave kindergarten behind.

  8. habs_punk says:

And if Sundin had tested positive for this, would you feel the same way? For once take an unbiased stance. Sundin’s having an off-year, maybe he was on some performance enhancing drugs, and that’s why he isn’t playing as well.

You want another explanation for Theo’s “meteoric fall from NHL grace this year”? He hasn’t adjusted well to the new equipment, and has completely lost his confidence. Look at the stats, he isn’t the only goalie having a poor season. Nabokov and Khabiboulin have dropped out of the elite goaltender category. And what about Esche, Kolzig, and Raycroft? Belfour hasn’t been very good either this year either. Your blue and white glasses are clouding your vision. Take an unbiased look.

  9. habs_punk says:

I don’t think that would work well, he’d have to wear a hair net.

  10. habs_punk says:

Easily Jose, but he might be disqualified now due to the fact it’s not natural.

  11. habs_punk says:

    Slightly off-topic.

Can anyone actually give a good reason that consenting adults should not be allowed to take drugs to enhance their performance?

It seems to be common sense, and just second nature that it’s cheating, but why? Sports are the only aspect of life that it is “wrong” to take drugs to enhance one’s performance. One can take drugs to enhance one’s appearance, medicines are drugs, and what about birth control? If there was no rule that taking performance enhancing drugs was illegal, what basis would there be to make a rule?

  12. Gretzkin says:

    Are you joking?

Seriously, think about what you are saying.

    Oh my god…

  13. NinjasOnly says:

Hahaha….Well I’d like to argue with you but I’m sure you’d come back with so many reasonable arugements like you just did. Unless that only point of that was to call gg and idiot well then you succeded. I work eith what I’m given. If I see some retarded shit about retarded trades I’m going to call tehm retarded. On the same point, If I see someone crying because someone doesn’t like their team then I will take them down a peg, cause get over it man. You’ve made you point and obviously it’s not going to stop so why bother being such a b**** about it instead of having a little fun with it. I’ll take a venture into you’re retard comment though as I thought it was a little out of the blue since all I did was comment on a previous post, and say for someone who is worried about the amount of unrelated to hockey stuff posted on here you sure did waste a lot of time in this post complaining about other posters. If it’s just about hockey then why do even read the stuff that doesn’t matter. I didn’t see you blow up over the other crap such as “Peanut Butter Jelly Time”. I dont see you whining when there are completely unrelated arguements about the leafs and the sens, so why take the time on this.

  14. NinjasOnly says:

Oh look…Wasting more time on stuff that has nothnig to do with hockey. I’ll take an english class and you can take one on hockey. Learn a thing or two.

  15. CSakicGAP says:

You guys need to quit complaining and admit both of you were wrong. First of all, Gainey is not a retard. He has made some bad moves but all GM’s do. Second, No one on this site cares about spelling man. Not all of us are going to spelling check everything before we post it because we have better thins to do then study our work for days. You may have that time but a lot don’t. Third, for someone complaining about the content, posting ditionary definitions on this site is not the way to prove your point. Lastly, Ninja, You should know better than to jsut take a random post as if it was said and Habs, if you don’t want S*** to strt tehn just ignore it. Both of you are just gonig to make it worse.

  16. NinjasOnly says:

I can live with that I suppose. I may have went a little far with my comments but I love it when people get pissed off and do stupid thing like pull out a dictionary. And for the record I was going for viable….Which is “capable of growing or developing”…hahaha. But, regardless…I’ll retracrt my Gainey statement but will still stand by callnig that post ridiculous. I threw a few spelling mistakes in here too….Please oh Please correct them for me Habspunk. I need your spelling skill to sleep at night. hahahaha

  17. habs_punk says:

Of course that trade he mentioned was retarded, HE came up with it. Am I complaining that he doesn’t like my team? No, I’m not. I’m pissed off that he doesn’t post anything hockey related. Unfortunately I never saw anyone post anything about “Peanut Butter Jelly Time” in this forum. I don’t actually read every post in every thread. Which is also why I’m not complaining about the Leafs and Sens. I rarely read those threads. I only read threads on topics that interest me, mostly Montreal threads and Team Canada threads.

You were calling me out for supposedly supporting the idea of an absolutely ridiculous trade that was made up by the guy I’m calling out for that exact reason. Come on.

  18. habs_punk says:

When you’re spelling mistakes result in actually changing a whole word, then you just look like a retard. Wisecrack all you want, I’ll let your English teacher correct your spelling so you can sleep at nite. Grow up kid.

  19. habs_punk says:

I’m serious. Actually think about it for a second, and come up with one good argument to support banning performance enhancing drugs. Obviously besides the fact that it’s prohibited. If you had to decide whether or not to ban performance enhancing drugs, what would you base your decision on? I’m not looking for no-brainer comments, I’m looking for someone that can put some serious thought into it. If you don’t want to put serious thought into it, just ignore it.

  20. habs_punk says:

Did something I say amuse you in some way?

  21. Gretzkin says:

    Fair enough.

I’m not a doctor or anything, but there have been some pretty serious side effects to taking performance inhancers. Short term gain for long term pain, sometimes resulting in a premature death of the athelete. I can’t think of any off of the top of my head, but some Football players have seriously paid the price for taking roids, as well as some wrestlers. Same thing though, really. Tony Mandarich?

Anyways, I think the whole point of having banned substances is to keep the playing field level and fair.

I’ve always been a believer that they should have two versions of the Olympics. Though it’s a ridiculous idea, it would be fun.

You’d have the play-fair, wholesome version, and the fcuking roid freaks version.

It would be amazing, and they could compare the results and really see what the difference is regarding playing fair, and flat out cheating.

Here’s an article that might be of interest to you.

“The only joke on this site is people who think that there teams are the be all end all and that Theodore is worth those guys.” explain how that is calling you out. unless you are one of these people then shut up and move on…

  23. NinjasOnly says:

haha…How long are you going to check all of your posts for spelling mistakes now?
