Well going by the posts above most have liked the change, which is good. Any improvement that gets people interested and more into the team is always good. I personally do not like it…or better yet, I really do not see enough of a change to really call it an improvement or detriment for that matter.I know they added the letters, and changed the font they used in their prior lettering, but the symbol itself is just…well…stretched? Same symbol, just tug on here and there.But it is probably just me since it reminds me too much of several of my neighbors who bought big screen televisions and watch 4:3 ratio programs in 16:9 formats…everything is stretched and looks funky. For the life of me I do not understand why they insist there is absolutely nothing wrong with their television, instead of breaking out the manual, reading, and watching it in the proper format….sheessh. I think they are just too embarrassed to admit they could not figure out how to do it, something they should not be embarrassed for so far as I’m concerned.

There nice, like them way more then the other ones. Are all NHL teams changing there jersey's? Beacause there has been ALOT of teams this offseason that are changing.

Ottawa's retro shoulder patch is horrible. And the zero…yeah…you know what it represents lol. I hope they win a cup one day though.

I like the logo better but looking I see why they need the Tampa Bay there…it makes it look more balanced. The white jersey's are abit better because the black shoulder patches looked abit out-dated…i like the use of more blue. I wish they still had the white shoulder patches on the black jersey though…those were sharp.

I doubt Toskala will pull a Cujo/Belfour.

And Jason Blake is no Gary Roberts.
He does look half albino though. Maybe he'll blend in with the ice and be almost invisible, and score loads of goals because the other team can't see him!

Hey, it's more likely then the Leafs accomplishing something significant.

Just wait! I have a feeling this is the year. The Leafs look to be pretty much ready to eliminate Ottawa for the fifth time.
