More on the possible Forsberg return
According to Slam Sports the Ottawa Senators have made contract with Peter Forsberg’s agent in an effort to initiate discussions in an attempt to lure Forsberg to the nation’s capital.
Forsberg has apparently made it clear that he will not sign with MODO and any return that he does make will be to the NHL. A long list of teams is said to actively looking to sign him and that list of teams could be growing by the day.
The list of teams that is in the hunt include
Ottawa, Detroit, Rangers, Vancouver, Philly, Nashville, Colorado, Anaheim, Sharks and Thrashers.
It is highly speculated that he will make his decision over the next 2 weeks.
