Patrice Bergeron Injury Update

According to Boston radio station WEEI and many local news stations in my hometown of Boston Bergeron has suffered a broken nose and a concussion and his expected to make a safe recovery and may be released tomorrow afternoon after a 24 hour observation.

This is good news for us bruins fans as this could have been WAY worse

    TSN is reporting that he has been released from the hospital and the Bruins will make a formal annoucement about the extent of his injury tomorrow. Let’s hope he gets back as soon as possible, the Bruins need him!

    The Daily BiWeekly Sentinal Times Post Gazette reports that Bruins center Patrice Bergeron underwent several hours of reconstructive facial plastic surgery.  He is reportedly feeling fine and pictures of his newly constructed face are shown below….. Patrice Bergeron
