For once I agree with Lafleur. Mueller, Caputi, Zigomanis, these guys are all over the AHL and could be had for nothing, throw as many of them together as you want it doesn't amount to any kind of significant trade value. You could trade them for similar players back from another organizations farm team, but that's about it.

i think you should put the crack pipe down!!! cammalleri and pacioretty for that junk! not in this life time!! ! pacioretty is developing into a 30 goal man is 63 200 pound powerforward i think he could score 40 in a season! cammalleri is still a very good player and a 30 goal man if he stays healthy!

My mistake my earlier comment should have been Crabbe not Boyce. Boyce is a 3rd or 4th line player.

How about Komosarik, Franson, Zigomanis, Mueller, Caputi, and (Connolly, Lombardi or Boyce) for Pacoretty, Cammelleri, a prospect and a 2nd round pick? Boyce is ripping up the AHL while Connolly, Lombardi and Zigomanis all are 30 year old 2nd line types. The Habs get defense, 2 young good skating big forward prospects, some offense and a good face-off guy while the Leafs get a big forward, some dependible but fragile offense and prospects. If the Habs want a couple of NHL ready Dmen they could look at Holzer or Mikus rather than Franson and substitute something else for rather than Pacoretty or Camelleri? The leafs have amazing number of good prospects in the AHL.

Realistic maybe….but you'd have to think both Gill and Komisarek would rather be stabbed in the eye than go back to their old teams….the video of their reactions to said trade would be priceless!

Oh I know he is't all that and a bag of tricks too, i was more thinking they would wanna protect PK, I should have siad maybe replace him with a diff dman. I think the Cami idea is kinda ironic, as people like to say if he has signed here we would not have"had to trade for Kessel". Though most seem to be liking that trade a lot more these days.

I just did it because if we're moving 2 d-men I would want at least to bring 1 back, plus it balanced out the salary.

And ya, Gill has been pretty steady for Montreal over the last couple of seasons. Still he's not irreplaceable, and you'd have to think they'd be better off depth wise with Komisarek and Franson. Then if Campoli came back from injury a very thin blueline would suddenly be half-decent. The downgrade of Camo to MacArthur isn't huge and would be worth it for the Habs, and the upgrade would be equally enticing for the Leafs.
