Finishing under .500 should attract enough fans to sell out 10 games…if you add up attendances from all 41 home games. Part of me wonders if Balsillie has a hand in this, or if it's just the fact that the current owner is probably going to be on the hook for next season's salary because Betteman & Co. don't want any more Canadian teams.

I really didn't think they'd do it but yeah. If they can finish under .500 that should be enough to lose the interest of their fans and support the move to Hamilton.

I think JFJ likes Razor. Maybe he'll be traded but I think they'd make a good tandem. Since Raycroft is a hot and cold goalie, if he plays a really good game, let him play the next, then go back to Vesa. Then Vesa plays a few and cools off - flip Razor back in for a couple. I really think they'd make a good tandem, and Vesa is a tandem goalie.

Besides a lot of the more succesful teams in terms of goaltending are teams that had a close to 50-50 split. See Bryz-Giggy, Vesa-Nabby, Mason-Tvo, Fernandez-Backstrom. Its a good system, going with the hot hand.
