No chance he signs for that long at this price. He's a UFA, so he'll likely take that kind of money on a shorter term deal, or get signed to huge dollars for 5+ years.

I'd say something like 5-5.75mil for 2 or 3 years or 6-7mil for 5-7 years.

I think price will sign back in Mtl, for approx 5-6yrs at an average of 5mil, not sure how he will afford to eat on this salary…..lol.

Price has the most potential of all goalies but I don't think he is a $6M goalie yet. Unless the Habs sign him for 8+ years, he shouldn't make any more than $4M (as of right now anyway).

I dont think he'll get $7mil but it wont be far off. I say he'll give a bit of a "hometown discount" and sign for something like 6 years / $35mil, which is about $5.8mil a year. Just a guess tho.
