Ok

Lets pretend you guys are Jay Feaster and for some strange reason instead of the normal Jay he gets a spot of intelligence(not the fedatenko and 2 2nd rounders for the 4th overall pick kinda intelligence).

Now, would you want George?(who won't play for any other team),Moreau?(who is personally my favorite player on the team because of what he does but is no where near the talent of a Lecavilier) or would you want Eric Brewer?

Do you guys honestly think that George and a pick would be fair? or Moreau for that matter?

Tampa wants an offensive D-man and i know Brewer is just having an off year but i think that would be fair for Lecavilier.

As for toughness they allready have Andre Roy and if they want someone more they can dip into free agency other than trade for a 240lb dead weight.

Not to add too much offense to T_C or the conductor but that sounded like a Toronto fan offer :)

Dude, not knocking your article or anything like that, but get off this website for a minute! Eric Brewer has not been availible, and is not availible. I know he’s been mentioned in a few papers, but also, those papers have been out East, without any sources. People are dreaming that we give up on Brewer so he can go flurish in there town. It’s not going to happen. Now, onto the point of your article. I saw when Vinny said that, and I also found it kind of interesting, but I doubt Lowe would go after him. Doesn’t sound like Jay Feaster is going to deal him anytime soon. You would need to give up Jani Rita, and Mike York. I think we are one good centre away from being a hell of a team, and that centre could be Jeff O’Neill. I think also that Jani Rita should be more then tradeable since all we’ve done with him is let him rot in the minors. A guy that should have been on the roster by 01 or 02, it’s now 04 and he’s still in the minors. Rita, 3rd round pick, and Doug Lynch. I don’t know if that’s fair, but that’s about as far as I would be willing to go if I’m Kevin Lowe for a not so struggling in his last 8 games Jeff O’Neill.

Brewer... no. Moreau Yes... and a draft pick... yes. That could be a possibility. Seeing how goes out everyday and works his ass off. He is a good catch. Or how about Horcoff? Or George? Tampa could use a big George for an Eastern Conference team! Plus George likes the Hot weather.

Those would be mine to go.

Ive been an Oilers fan for a very long time. It is not to often that you here about a star player going that way.

Even though this is just speculation I like the sound of it, but I don't think that it would happen. there would have to be alot of youth on the table for T.B.

to give this guy up. Brewer ? Mabe. But Lowe thinks that he is looking in a mirror

P.S wasn't the fab five in a little trouble in the 80's

This is where you are wrong, when Lowe gets on the wobley sauce he gets all sentimental. Lowe is that guy that get's all, "I love you man!", and "This guy ... This is the guy, he is the best guy ever."

What Lowe needs is a good dose of nose candy, then he would deal Brewer.
