as a habs fan i will say let him develop first before adding more pressure to the kid! but yes i think he will be a future captain for you guys much like komisarek will be for us! as i think schenn will be the same type of defenceman that mike komisarek is for us! a leader and top 2 defenceman with a mean streak and a shot blocker,punishing hitter that will chip in on the offence from time to time! these guys are what all teams that are successful covet the big mean stay at home hard hitting defenceman,so he will make a good captain for the leafs down the road!

Ya it will be a couple years before he is the captain. What i also forgot to put was moore might be traded to. He is in the last year of his contract and if burke can't sign him to an extension he will probably be moved.

ya i agree. this is very possible however i belive that it might be a couple more years untill full captaincy because ron wilson has sated that he likes kubina and does not want him traded.
