adds a bit more depth to an already strong defense. Good signing.

Thats o.k. But the Sens need a bit more impact then that. They should sign Peter Bondra for 1 million, and get him putting up some long-overdue goals. His speed would be good for Havlat, Vermette, Spezza, and he is old and wants to win. These guys add young hunger, Bondra the desperate old-man (this could be my last chance) hunger

Bondra is done. If u saw him play last year, he just doesnt have it n e more. His better days are far behind him, and would be better off playin for a younger, inexpierenced team

What is going on with Heerema? I thought that this guy was considered a decent prospect at one point. I don’t know much about him though. Now it seems like he is jumping from team to team constantly.

Sens need to grow a pair, not sign a pair.

And by a grow a pair, I mean develop a couple players through their farm system. I DIDN’T mean they need to grow some balls when they get to the playoffs. Not what I meant.

Okay who am I kidding, they develop ’nuff players. I’m still jealous they got Heatley.

    [Hangs head in shame]

Exactly. I liked the trade last year, until I saw him in the playoffs…he was beyond brutal. I’m sorry, but the Sens are better off without him eating up cap space.
