Also the fact that he was NEVER a GM, has any team ever even offered or even interviewed him for the top job. So if Watters is so good how come no team even considers him? Hell even Pierre Mcguire's name came up in the past when Montreal was looking for a coach. Probably only came up cause he can speak french but it still came up.
