Kudos to you all for sticking up for your teams. I hope the Leafs, Boston and Montreal all make the playoffs as well. Small market teams are ruining the game that us Canadians built and true the original six as well. Still I have to laugh at NYR, sure they can turn it around, but all that money and I didn't even hear Drury's name last night at all. Did you all know that he was only a plus 1 last year playing for Buffalo.

Yes I agreee, the Leafs look way different in the last two games, great win tonight in NY. I said it earlier in a blog that loosing Tucker was a blessing. He plays with alot of grit, but gets caught alot because of it and lead the team in the minus last year. Tlusty looks great so far adn the least are better without McCabe for the two games anyways. For a team that is in its dooms day we now sit in 5th. Lots of time to turn things around and I can see it already happening.

true say. as much as i hate montreal i would want to see them in a playoff series with toronto. im sick of these expansion teams stealing the spotlight. we have more money than all the other teams (especially toronto) so why not purchase the best talent we can get our hands on?…***** it im gonna say this as a die hard leafs fan…i want toronto AND montreal in the playoffs this year…this is getting really disappointing…go leafs go

i’ll feel a lot more confident if Jagr continues to play the way he did with Gomez against the devils, he was playing with a lot of jump and speed that he rarely shows. When Jagr gets going with speed and he has the puck, you cannot stop him if he is destined for the net.

Oh, so playing 2 extra games puts Boston ahead in the standings, big whoop. Now seeing as you are clearly stating I'm completely biased, bet you didn't know I WANT Boston to make the play-offs and I HOPE they prove me wrong. I hate seeing teams such as Chicago, Boston and hell even Toronto not make the play-offs. Wanna know why? Because as much as I don't like Boston and Toronto, I'd rather see them play for the Cup that the ORIGINAL 6 built instead of teams like Nashville, Anaheim, San Jose, Tampa Bay or Florida. So you seem to think a fast start gets teams to the play-offs, may I remind you that last year, the Canadiens were 5th in the NHL and 4h in the East and were 10, i said TEN points ahead of Ottawa and 2 points behind Buffalo with a game in hand and still missed the play-offs. May I also remind you that the Rangers were playing around .500 hockey in January/February and they turned on the jets and finished 6th in the East.

The Oilers and Coyotes are hard teams? The teams expected to finish 29th and 30th are a hard task to face? It can even be argued that the Flames weren't that hard considering they started off incredibly slow.

So let's see... You can judge a whole season of a team based on one game? Wow, you are some kind of sorcerer! Well, figures that a Montreal fan thinks poorly on Boston... Even your beloved Habs have had some bad games, at least Boston still had plenty of chances that night.

And so let's say that Boston is a bad team as you are clearly stating, based on your biased one game from a Habs fan perspective, let's see how much they stack up to the Flyers shall we? The Habs won three games, the only challenge was against Carolina, obviously not Boston since they aren't a "good" team. They also beat the struggling Penguins. So the only challenging game they had was against Carolina.

Now let's take a look at who the Flyers beat, pretty damn similar, they beat one tough team, the Flames, and faced a lot of struggling teams. What makes you think the Flyers won't make the playoffs but your beloved Habs will?

Oh and let me point out one big thing you seemed to have overlooked when it comes to Boston vs Montreal, they may be ahead 1-0 in the season series, but they are still behind in the standings!

Again, I repeat, you are just another biased Habs fan, why can't you just admit that?

I find it extremely hard to see the redwings success this year direct from they're division. They have actually only played the Hawks twice, an lost both times! All the other wins come for extremely hard west coast trip out in Sharks, Oilers, Flames, Coyotes. Teams like that. So next time you wanna write a completely Bias acrtivle about certain atleast next time get your facts straight. You could of said this team really needs a second line!?!?
