I want the Canucks to win of course, but I'm pretty easily satisfied with good hockey, regardless of who wins.

And it's definitely a good rivalry. Even the 2001 playoff series was great, aside from the third period collapse in game 4. Those first three games were some of the best hockey of those entire playoff, although no one would know it by looking at the stats that show a 4-0 series.

In the last two years I've been able to watch Sakic, Roy, Forsberg, Drury, Tanguay, Hasek, Hull, Shanahan, Fedorov, Yzerman, Lidstrom, Chelios and more do their thing in the playoffs right in front of me, not on the tv screen. It doesn't get much better than that. Er wait, it could.. if the Canucks could find a way to win a damned game at home.

I did see that Coaches Corner.....but I would have to say have you ever seen Mats Sundin in the All-star game(I think) on the break-away contest. Come in skating backwards and use the best back hand in the league to go top-shelf on Roy. That was the S@$t

Thats cool you can appreciate what he does. Van and Col are building up a pretty nice rivalry. It's just too bad Brashear is gone, him and Parker had some good ones, and thats one of the things I looked foward to the most when Col played you guys.

There have many and probably the 3 guys that routinely make the highlights with their goals are Mario, Drury and Bertuzzi.

To say I have one favorite is impossible but I'll try and give you a couple.

1) Bourque (who alot of people consider the best d-man to ever play) is skating as hard as he can back to his end and Mario (never considered to be a great skater) chasing him with the puck & about at center Mario slides the puck through Bourque's legs catches up to it in front of Bourque goes in alone and scores a beauty.

2) Drury just look through the playoffs the guy is a highlight waiting to happen.

3) Bertuzzi, considering he is a big man he has scored some amazing goals the last 3-4 years. The one that sticks out in my mind is in a game 2 yrs. ago Bertuzzi comes out from behind the opposition net and grabs the puck heads towards the blueline then turns towards the right side boards all the time there is a defender chasing him. About 5 feet from the boards he starts going back into the zone and drops the puck to the d-man standing at the blueline the defender stops to go after the d-man but Bertuzzi actually fakes the drop and reaches back as far as possible and pulls the puck up to himself and feeds Naslund in the slot wide open for a goal.

I the Sabres vs. Wings game when Gratton had a breakaway and Hasek fell down to make an amazing save but ended up looking like an ass when he scored. Hilarious! It looked like he was afraid the puck was going to hit him. I also liked when MaxAfinogenov attepted to play with two sticks, and then unfairly got a penalty.
