The NHL Playoff Tournament Pool!
I know this site is based on trade rumors, and there is nothing to write about after the deadline so how about a playoff pool! It’s easy. You just pick 8 forwards, 4 defenceman, and 2 goalies………. If you want to join the pool, hurry and give me your players because I’m only accepting the first 31 people. The Pool will be exactly like the NCAA brackets. (For those of you who don’t know what that is) It’s an elimination tournament.
eg Team 1}

So Team 1 would face Team 2, and the team with the most points of the two teams moves on to the next round.
The points are as follows:
FORWARDS AND DEFENCEMAN
Goal-2 points
Assist-1 point
Hat Trick-8 points
Penalty-minus 1 point
GOALIES
Win-5 points
Loss-minus 2 points
Shutout-5 points
Goal (if they somehow get one)-50 points
Assist (It can happen)-25 points
If one of your players is suffering an injury tell me, and you can choose another player to substitute him.
If you have questions or comments, post them and I will answer as soon as possible.
Remember I’m only accepting the first 31 people (32 if you include me).
If I get enough people I will change it to 64 teams but no more than that!

Forwards: St. Louis, Sakic, Marleau, Modano, Recchi, Alfredsson, Sundin, Hull
Defensemen: Gonchar, McCabe, Lidstrom, Leetch
Goalies: Brodeur, Turco
Hey if it’s not too late I’d like to drop Hejduk and put Modano in there instead….he’s solid in the playoffs, usually, and 3 avs is too much

Defense:
Leetch, Gonchar, Lidstrom, Niedermayer
Goalies:
Broduer, Aebischer

I see some have added alternates in case of injury. If you want them, I’ll take Alex Tanguay, Schneider, and Legace
I just noticed replacements in case of injures. Can I still out them in? If so:
