TRADE TALKS HEAT UP FOR STRUGGLING FLYERS,,,TOSKALA AND HAMRLIK IN MIND
San Jose Sharks goalie Vesa Toskala is reportedly available, but with a 7-1 record and a 2.12 GAA, he would require a lot more in return than Robert Esche (1-3, 5.32 GAA). The Flyers might sweeten a deal for Toskala by offering R.J. Umberger. Or they could use Umberger in a trade with the Calgary Flames to get defenseman Roman Hamrlik.
