UFA's
Even though hockey season is still on, I thought an overview of all the teams UFA’s is a good topic before the season ends. This year has many quality players, some average, some not that good, and some that should just retire. I have my own thoughts as a LEAF fan on who I would like for Toronto Maple Leaf management to open up the wallet and get, since another year in futility has gone past. What are all you HTR readers thinking? Who do you want on your team? Who if any don’t you want back? Who should just retire? Below are all the teams with UFA’s. Well my choice is to let CUJO go, not worth 9 million. Sign Dafoe for a third of the cost, try and get either Hedican, Kasparitus, Richardson, Krupp or Slegr for Defense, and resign Dempsey.
Then add either Amonte, Geurin, or Cassels.
(Predictions) Retired- Lemieux.Vernon, Chelios,Hogue,Tocchet.
Those are what I think Toronto should strive for in the long summer months ahead. Hopefully one or 2 of the players on my wish list come home to Toronto. What are your thoughts on this and your team?
