I think you mean Slava Kozlov, not Victor.

your thinking of Slava Kozlov. Viktor Kozlov signed with the Caps. He got 25 goals with the Isle's last year.

He'll definitely be playing with Ovechkin next year, either at center or right wing.  He's a better playmaker than anyone Ovechkin has played with.  If I was McPhee, I'd definitely be looking into bringing Nylander back, and moving Kozlov to right wing, where he is competent.

my predictions for the rest of the big fa's

    souray-chicago (then sj)
    yashin-washington (then atlanta)
    forsberg-colorado (then detroit)
    smyth-detroit (then vancouver)
    nylander-atlanta (then LA)

We need to get the Capitals colors changed. They're back to red, white, and blue.

    Just a thought lol

I like this signing alot but I'd most definately not play this guy on my top line vs other teams top defenders/players. I still think that the capitals should definately go out and sign a good center. A top line center in this situation. I really like the looks of Kozlov, and Semin playing on the same line together with Ovechkin and Clark on the first line. Targeting Comrie would have to be a must sign if I where G.M. Poti will also add a some nice defensive, offensive help to the team. Especailly on PP. Still another solid Center and Deffender would be nice.

    My wish list*

Signing one or more of these types of players might be the defferance in a playoff/nonplayoff season for washington.
