The thing is, In canada it's like the yankee pinstripes.

Kind of the same feeling french-canadians get in putting on the habs jersey.

I know I wouldn't be excited putting on a Yank's Jersey, but a leafs jersey would be all I would have to be paid.

Why would you trade a goalie of thomas’ potentian(especially with the way your tending has been playing) for a guy that is fairly old, and won’t even help your team at all. Remember, they aren’t even going to the playoffs, so unless Wesley is a great golfer, I see this trade as useless.

TSN.ca reported the same deal (except they changed the chas to $4.5M) with Kovie to Toronto.

Sportsnet was first to report McLaren to Isle's for Wmpy Isbister.
