Do you think Minni would take a run at reimer? good contract and might push kuemper having reimer fighting for a job. Reimer is a capable 1b in my opinion.. im dreaming but id love to push for a neiderriter for reimer + but id like to take a shot at a solid depth player from minni that could provide energy and scoring.. i like fontaine too but not sure the value.
Id also like to make a good package for marleau as reported if it involved gardiner + .. id like to keep lupul and kadri if we acquire marleau because he has played wing and a top 6 of JVR-bozak-kessel … Lupul-kadri- marleau looks 10x better.. not sure if theyd bite without adding at least kadri with gardiner but id look to add other pieces first
I don’t think we should go after Marleau. By the time we are good enough to compete for a strong playoff run Marleau will either be ineffective due to his age or retired.
you are dreaming if you think neidereiter for reimer + also the marleau deal for gardiner + is stupid for the leafs why would you guys want marleau?
