Boston and Tampa Swap Players…..
Sources from NHL world are reporting that Tampa and Boston have swapped players in a minor deal on February 8th. Tampa sending Goalie Brian Eklund to Boston for LW Zdenek Blatny.
The 25 year old Eklund has one NHL game under his belt, he is 0-1-0 with a 3.09 GGA. While 25 year old Blatny has 25 NHL games on his resume and has three goals to his credit over a three year period.
