    Great move by Nonis!
This kid is cheap, and could shine in Vancouver!

Not a blockbuster by any means, but an astute move to turn a lost asset in Jason King into a versatile winger/center who could fill in on the third line if needed.
Shannon's fast and shifty, but small and limited offensively. At the very least it gives us options in case of injuries or hopefully another trade (Morrison and Cooke, cough cough).

Great move for some bottom six offence sign him to a long-term deal, (5-years, 2.5 Million would be ideal…and the Canucks also traded Jesse Schultz to Atlanta for Defenseman Jimmy Sharrow.

    Great move.

He traded pretty much nothing for a potential strong 3rd liner, and at the very least is an average 4th liner. On hockey future's he's even rated the Ducks 6th best prospect (but only has a 6.5 grade).

Sign him to a 4 year contract for 2.5 million, don't sign Green, or Santala, and trade Burrows. We have ton's of 3rd and 4th liner players in our system.
