Forsberg to commit to Flyers
According to the “Philadelphia Inquirer”, Forsberg is just days away from committing to the Flyers.
a source in Sweden who is close to Forsberg, the 34-year-old center will commit to the Flyers if he decides he is healthy enough to play the remainder of the season and playoffs. That decision is days away.
This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone as Forsberg has a close relationship to the Flyers Organization.
In my opinion the Flyers should concentrate on going after a Defenseman instead, as offense is not one of their more important needs right now. Forsberg of course will only make their offense more potent, assuming he is healthy of course, however come playoff time they are going to need a defenseman.
