Jokinen To Ottawa… Soon?
The Senators missed out on Doug Weight but the
Ottawa Sun is reporting that the Sens are looking
into acquiring Olli Jokinen right after the Olympic Break ends!
In my opinion, the trade could probably go down like this,
To Ottawa:
Olli Jokinen
To Florida:
Martin Havlat (IR) (HTR Note: injured players can’t be traded)
2006 1st round draft pick
The Panthers have tried to re-sign Jokinen to a
4-year deal, but he has made it clear he wants out
of Florida! Look for this deal to happen soon!
