Nashville to deal Ville Koistinen

The Tennessean is reporting that Nashville Predators Defenseman Ville Koistinen is not happy with his present situation in Nashville and wants to be traded soon.

It is noted that Koistinen has been a healthy scratch of late and that GM Dave Poile has been talking to several teams about a deal to move him.

In other news with the Predators it is good news and congrats to Steve Sullivan from HTR. After his 2 year absence due to injury he scored 2 goals in a recent game.

Earth calling Ray Shero, where are you? Get Koistinen. You are going to loose Gill, Boucher and maybe Scuderi to free agency and Whitney to trade for that winger you have not been able to secure for the top six.

I WOULD TRADE REDDEN ONE ON ONE FOR KOISTENEN TO GET A BETTER DEFENCEMEN AND ROOM ON THE SALARY CAP BUT I DOUBT NASHVILLE WOULD DO THAT TRADE ITS WISHFUL THINKING

    Wishful thinking, YES.
If only Glen Sather understood the cap system.
