Scatchard to the Rangers?

The Ny Daily News is reporting that Dave Scatchard may now be on the verge of signing a contract with the Rangers.

Apparently Scatchard has been signed to a tryout contract by the Rangers and has been practicing with the team. It is thought that the final details could be worked out soon and it also seems like Scatchard is very excited about the contract as he states that he almost signed with them several years ago after the lockout. It is also reported that Scatchard is feeling quite a bit better now and has been feeling completely healthy now for over three months after taking a major hit last season from Sergei Gonchar.

Start the parade. Better him landing in NY than in MTL.

At the rate the Rangers overpay their centers…he might sign for around 3M a year. lol

what ever happened wityh him signing with the Leafs, it would be better for him to sign with Toronto because since the Leafs dont have that many centers he could easily get 15 minutes a game

That would be great. Give him 15 minutes a game!!! Please. Especially against my Habs.
