St. Louis Trade Imminent?
After the Lighting signed Brad Richards to a huge
5-year deal, something has to give. Tampa Bay
will surely have to make a move from one of their
three-star players, St.Louis being the most likely.
The New York Post reports that the Lightning are
looking to deal St.Louis and his 5-year/5.25 millions
dollar contract before July 1, when his no-trade clause kicks in.
The Lightning reportedly rejected an offer from the Montreal Canadiens apparently offered goaltender Jose Theodore for St. Louis.
The San Jose Sharks and Lightning have been in talks and a trade would reportedly be in place
