Which teams will be the best, the worst and who will be the biggest suprise?Best Team : Anaheim Ducks – A defense that looks unstoppable with a scary Pronger, Niedemeyer punch and an offense with tons of young talent like Penner and Ryan but also having veteran leadership with Selanee and Green look for them to make some noise in the west
Worst Team : Washington Capitals – Putting there whole season in Ovechkins hands once again they will not have any sucess this season. A defense in which most people having no clue who they are and an offense relying on Ovechkin and newly required winger Richard Zednick look for them to be bottom feeder in the league
Suprise: Vancouver Canucks – With a team that has gone defensive with signings of Luongo, Mitchell and having signed two way foward like Bulis,Pyatt, and Chouinard most people have forgot the fire power they have like Naslund who was injured most of last season and still managed to lead the team with 71 points. Morrison who was also injured and expect him to be a force up front and the Sedins who had fantastic seasons look for them to be a dominant 1-2 punch when the season starts. Also look for Matt Cooke to be a guy like Peter Shaefer was for the Sens last season. Canucks will win the division THAT’S RIGHT! and be hard to knock off in the playoffs.
