With the Wings getting Hasek, Dallas getting Turgeon. and St. Louis getting Weight, the Western Conference has experienced some big changes.

This is a pretty good baragin for the Pens considering Bill Guerin got $5.1 million. Robert Lang had his arbitration hearing yesterday, and Alexei Kovalev will have his within the next couple of days.
