I don’t think keeping him in the minors is hurting him or the team, BUT the leafs have to stop yo-yoing him up and down, it is ruining his confidence. Anybody who has seen him play knows when he has his confidence he is a offensive beast. His defensive play is sub-par at best. He reminds me of another leaf forward… Kessel? But, nobody yo-yo’d him. Anyways wanted to point out that I’m a Habs fan, and not just a leaf-fan rambling.

Not likely he’d win but he’s a contender more so than Ryan…

Also Ryan is American, not Canadian…

Even straight up would be good i’m sure. Ryan being a canadian, reunited with Toews. Plus, the Hawks would rid themselves of a locker room poison like Kane who is arguably one of the best players in the world today, but lacks a bit of a brain when he gets off the ice.

Sounds like a win/win situation to me.
